Cytocompatibility assessment of decellularized ovarian scaffold. To assess soluble toxicity, HWJMSCs at a density of 1.0 × 106, we seeded the cells onto each scaffold and cultured 1, 3 and 7 days. a MTT test showed that the cell proliferation on the decellularized scaffold was parallel with the control culture up to day 3, whereas, at longer culture intervals, a significant higher optical density value was detected in the seeded decellularized scaffolds than in the control group. Data are expressed as the mean ± standard error of the mean (SEM), *Indicates significant difference, p = 0.000).
